I had that kind of arrangement with a mortgage broker about a decade ago – she’d call me two hours before closing, and I’d get her a binder via fax as long as they dropped a check off.
Does anyone know of any mortgage lenders for bad credit that will still work with first time homeowners in Texas?
I’ve read many things that said there ARE lenders like this but I’m tired of searching and being led to scam looking sites.
There is no such thing.
You might find a hard money lender, but be prepared to pay over 10% interest and put up at least 30% down.
