I’m looking to buy a home in Maricopa and want to know the best builders and if you’ve had any trouble with the builder’s lending company

I have no experience with them whatsoever, but a quick Google of “Horton Homes Complaints” came up with several websites, and none of them are good.

For refi’s and buyers looking for mortgages. and I already have realtors so I know that one already. thanks

I dont sell loans , but one way is to go thru a mailing list company which is a large data base with name and numbers, examble you can search by how long home owners been in the house what there current rate is, and in certain areas.
so if the average refi is let say 4 years after ownership
you can pull just that

We need to let our house go because we cannot afford it any longer. We live in AZ, can the morgage co. come after us for more money? Should we file bankruptcy instead?

You need a pro to consult with on this. To many variables to go into on this site. The mortgage company may be the least of your problems. The IRS has some strange ideas on foreclosures these days. If you have been dealing with a bank for several years, Go down and ask the manager for info. She might know all the answers but if she doesn’t she will know who does. Good luck
